How to Apply
The Call for Expressions of Interest is available above.*
Please note that only candidates who meet all the listed eligibility criteria will be considered for the selection process. We kindly ask that individuals who do not meet these criteria refrain from submitting an application, as doing so will not advance their candidacy.
Once the application has been submitted, candidates shall then send, via email to recruitment@osha.europa.eu, a formal written declaration signed by their employer, certifying that: “In the case of a successful application and subsequent secondment to EU-OSHA, the applicant [NAME, Surname] will remain employed, will continue to receive their usual remuneration, and will remain subject to the applicable social security legislation throughout the period of secondment as per Article 1.1 of the rules on secondment to EU-OSHA”.
Please note that the information included in the Motivation box is not assessed during the screening of applications.
Candidates are requested to complete their application** in the main working language of the Agency, which is English. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. ***
The selection procedure is organised for the nationals of the Member States of the European Union and Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein (parties of the EEA agreement), employed by a national, regional or local public administration or public inter-governmental organisations (IGOs) from the Member States of the European Union, Iceland, Norway, or Liechtenstein (parties to the EEA Agreement).
(*) The EN version has been machine translated into all EU official languages. The EN original version therefore prevails for all purposes.
(**) Candidates should ensure to submit their application well in advance of the deadline, considering any potential technical or connectivity issues that may arise. It is important to note that last-minute emails claiming technical problems will not result in an extension of the deadline.
(***) All candidates can follow the status of their application in their profile, and the status of the selection procedure on the Career page.
