Description

The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is now looking for a constructive and enthusiastic colleague with a solid knowledge of the EU’s institutional framework and EU policy-making processes with a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills, able to work in a solo office environment in its Brussels liaison office for a long-term renewable three-year contract.

In our vibrant and respectful multicultural environment, we foster work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements such as part-time work, flexible hours, and teleworking.

How to Apply

The Vacancy Notice is available above.*

We advise candidates to carefully detail and describe in the "Professional Experience" section their experience/knowledge relating to the Professional, Technical, Interpersonal and Advantageous skills listed under "Selection Criteria" (Point. 4 of the Vacancy Notice). Please note that the information included in the Motivation box are not assessed during the screening of applications.

Candidates are requested to complete their application** in the main working language of the Agency, which is English. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. ***

The selection procedure is organised for the nationals of the Member States of the European Union and Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein (parties of the EEA agreement).

(*) The EN version has been machine translated into all EU official languages. The EN original version therefore prevails for all purposes.

(**) Candidates should ensure to submit their application well in advance of the deadline, considering any potential technical or connectivity issues that may arise. It is important to note that last-minute emails claiming technical problems will not result in an extension of the deadline.

(***) All candidates can follow the status of their application in their profile, and the status of the selection procedure on the Career page.
